Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VANTA Peru websites, applications, and business messaging replier integrations connected to Meta products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VANTA services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

VANTA provides a business messaging replier service used to receive and reply to customer-initiated messages in WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, and Facebook Messenger. Specific deliverables and service levels may be further defined in client agreements.

3. Account and Access Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for credentials and authorized use under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You must promptly notify VANTA of unauthorized access or security incidents.

4. Meta and Third-Party Platforms

Use of integrations with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other third parties is subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining required permissions and lawful rights over connected assets.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
  • No infringement of privacy, intellectual property, or platform policies.
  • No attempts to bypass security, quotas, or access controls.
  • No use of services to send spam, malware, or harmful automated actions.
  • No use of services for unsolicited outbound messaging.
  • No use of services to scrape users or manage ad campaigns.

6. Customer Content

You retain ownership of your business content and data. You grant VANTA a limited right to process it as necessary to provide the services. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted content.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service may be affected by maintenance, third-party platform changes, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

VANTA and its licensors retain all rights to platform software, architecture, workflows, and materials, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, misuse, or legal compliance requirements. Upon termination, access may be revoked and data handling will follow contractual and legal retention obligations.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. VANTA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption resulting from third-party platform dependency or external failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Peru, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
